1 Day Excursion from Marrakech to Essaouira

Essaouira is a worth visiting place because it has so many things to offer. It is not that far from Marrakech, it is only a two hours drive. The city attracts so many tourists who like to surf because of its Atlantic weather. The wind that blows on the beach allows the surfers to practice their sport. Also, the old landmarks and beautiful views make Essaouira more unique. Not to mention that there is a famous Festival of Gnawa and other types of music Essaouira. The festival is in 4 days each year in June.  

We will pick you up at 08:00 am from your accommodation (Riad, hotel) in Marrakech. After that, we will drive to Essaouira. The latter is known as Mogador, a fortified town and a fishing village on the Atlantic ocean ( On the Coast). Also, it is known for its diversity of fresh seafood. When we get there. First of all, we will visit the fishing port, the Skala a fantastic place that is famous for its rows of gigantic cannons facing the Atlantic Ocean, and the old Medina. Essaouira is also a great place to catch a beautiful sunset. After visiting all that Essaouira has to offer, we will drive back Return to Marrakesh in the evening. We will drop you off at your destination, and it is the end of our day trip to Essaouira from Marrakech.
